Drop in to our 10th floor studios for an invaluable break in the day with a few breaths of fresh air for your mind. The first 15 minutes are minimally guided with basic instruction on posture and mindful attunement with the breath. The second 15 minutes is silent and without instruction. Cushions and other props provided. Beginners and seasoned practitioners are encouraged and welcomed.
